Become a Partner
Overcoming personal barriers to work is a vital part of our life coaching philosophy. We work with people to identify and address the obstacles that stop them from being able to move on with their lives. Life coaching helps people face their fears in a confidential and non-judgemental environment.
How We Work
We work in partnership with multiple agencies and organisations to improve the quality of life for individuals and their community.
Outcome
We provide a successful, tried and tested service that fulfils both employment and personal development needs by maximising resources and finances, and creating links between jobs, welfare, health and housing.
The programmes provided by RCLI are reasonably and realistically priced and provide a significant return on investment for our Partners who include housing associations, neighbourhood projects and agencies based in local communities.
Our Results Speak for Themselves
- Analysing a cross-section of some 250 of our Clients, we achieved a 98% success rate, with these particular outcomes:
- 38% were in paid employment (some via further education).
- 6% were self employed.
- 12% engaged in volunteer work
- 15% went back to education.
- 20% sought additional specialist support.
- 9% saw an end to, or greatly reduced levels of anti-social behaviour.
Unemployment, social services cutbacks, and benefit caps are increasingly leading to severe social and political issues. Many people are facing a crippling loss of self-esteem and self-confidence and simply lack the aspiration to improve their lives.

Our courses have been piloted with The Guinness Partnership throughout the South West of England over a number of years. Guinness recognised the tangible benefits that coaching brings to the families of the clients and the wider community, by reducing anti-social behaviour, producing positive role models and breaking the cycle of worklessness.
RLCI courses contain learning principles that work on many different levels of society and corporate life, but our main thrust as a company is to reach those who need them most, many of whom are in social housing or are unemployed/benefit claimants.
