Mission Statement/Values

Through our work we aim to

  • To improve the quality of life for individuals and their community.
  • To treat and value people as individuals, by listening to them, involving them in tailor-made back-to-work programmes, promoting equality and supporting diversity.
  • To provide an excellent service to fulfil people’s employment and self-esteem needs by maximising resources and finances, and creating links between jobs, skills, welfare, health and housing.

Real Life Coaching International is committed to improving quality of life for individuals and their communities. We value people as individuals by listening to them, involving them in bespoke back-to-work programmes, and by promoting equality and supporting diversity. We understand our clients, their backgrounds and issues and are able to assist with personal growth, increased confidence and empowerment in order to overcome adversity, self-limiting beliefs, and even discrimination and social exclusion.

Long-term unemployment is detrimental to the economy, to communities and to the mental welfare of the individuals facing worklessness. We understand the challenging issues faced by communities in deprived areas – anxiety, stress, depression, anti-social behaviour, drug and alcohol abuse and family/relationship problems, amongst others – and equip our clients with the necessary tools to recognise and arrest these negative behaviours, thus improving the overall well-being of communities.

We provide a successful, tried and tested service that fulfils both employment and personal development needs by maximising resources and finances, and creating links between jobs, skills, welfare, health and housing.
